The Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia, widely regarded as
producing the finest coffees in the world, is also the
birthplace of coffee. Legend has it that in the 9th century,
a goatherder by the name of Kaldi stumbled upon the
coffee berries in the Kaffe Jungle. He noticed that the goats
feasting on these berries were energized. So he took these
berries home and the world was introduced to an
enchanting beverage. Today the coffees from this region
are valued for their fruity and bright notes along with its
smooth and easy profile. A unique balance rare in coffee.

This bag comes from the Adorsi Washing Station, which is
comprised of 800 farms.

This coffee can be used for pour over, french press, or
as a drip.
